2. Pay and submit

Complete the secure payment online. Once payment is received, you will be emailed a submission form to enter job details with title, location, subspecialty, schedule, compensation, and how to apply.

3. Review and Go Live

We sanity-check the post for clarity and formatting so it fits the board and looks great. Your listing appears on the board and in relevant searches. You receive applications directly.

Standard listings run for 180 days/6 months. Featured listings are pinned to the top of the default listing page for 30 days and then continue for the remaining days. If you would like to extend the featured highlighting there is an option to do so at the time of purchase or email us — it's $50 per additional month. Featured listings tend to get more views and activity.

Yes — send us the changes and we’ll update the listing promptly (title, description, pay range, links, etc.). Each listing can be used for one position. If your position fills or you want to change the listing, just email us and we will make the changes. Each listing is good for at least 6 months.

Include your preferred apply URL or email link. The “Apply” button routes directly to you — no intermediary.

Optionally, yes. When posting a job, you can choose to automatically create a discussion thread in the RadHQ Forum. This allows radiologists to ask questions, offer feedback, and engage in real dialogue about the position.
